Depending on the day of the week you catch her, Teresa Marrone is an author, cook, photographer, editor and graphic designer/production artist. |

Hailing from Aurora, Illinois, Teresa attended college in northern Wisconsin, where she began learning about wild foods while working on her BFA in fine arts from Mount Senario College. After graduating magna cum laude, she moved to Minneapolis and began her career in the graphic arts and publishing industry. In 1986, she was the primary author of Dressing & Cooking Wild Game, a book that went on to become one of the top-selling references for wild-game cooks. She has continued to write outdoors-related books, and also writes articles on food and cooking for several well-established magazines. Here are some of the books Teresa has written. She has also worked on a number of wild game and fish cookbooks, acting as project director in addition to writing the text, developing numerous recipes, and editing recipes submitted by other outdoors writers. |
